7-Day Return Policy
At Recharged, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your used automobile purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a vehicle might not meet your expectations. For this reason, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Return Period: The vehicle must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Mileage Limit: The vehicle must have been driven no more than 300 miles from the recorded odometer reading at the time of purchase. Exceeding this limit will void the return policy.
Condition: The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, with no additional damage, alterations, or modifications.
Return Process

Return Inspection:
A return inspection appointment will be scheduled to assess the condition of the vehicle.
Return Location:
Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle to the original Recharged location, unless otherwise agreed upon. However, the transportation cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. If the vehicle was delivered, Recharged may assist in arranging transportation.
Refund Details
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of the return and inspection approval.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
A $200 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for the 7-day return policy:
Vehicles marked as non-returnable, both online or stated during the sale process.
Trade-in vehicles or any value offered as part of a trade-in cannot be returned or reversed under this policy.
Additional Notes
Recharged reserves the right to refuse a return if the terms and conditions are not met.
