At Recharged, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your used automobile purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a vehicle might not meet your expectations. For this reason, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following terms and conditions:

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:


Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Return Inspection:

    • A return inspection appointment will be scheduled to assess the condition of the vehicle.

  3. Return Location:

    • Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle to the original Recharged location, unless otherwise agreed upon. However, the transportation cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. If the vehicle was delivered, Recharged may assist in arranging transportation.
