4. Credit Application and Consumer Report Authorization
By submitting a financing application, you explicitly authorize Recharged, our affiliates, and lending partners to:
Obtain your consumer reports (both soft and hard inquiries) from consumer reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, etc.) immediately upon application submission and for up to 12 months thereafter.
Use reports for credit decisions, identity verification, loan servicing, collection, and internal analysis.
Deliver Credit Score Disclosures and Adverse Action Notices electronically, if consent is provided.

5. Communications Consent (TCPA)
You expressly consent for Recharged, our affiliates, lenders, and service providers to contact you via phone, automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, text, and email at provided contact information. 6. SMS Messaging Terms
When you opt-in to SMS messages:
You’ll receive recurring informational or promotional texts.
Frequency varies; message/data rates apply.
